Soccer Pitch Permanent?

Hey guys and gals, I’m here with a question:

Is the Soccer Pitch here forever?

I’m not complaining, I mean I do love the soccer pitch. It is fun, but I think I still prefer the Ice Rink. I remember right before the Penguin Games that Billybob said that there would be a surprise for the Ice Rink. The next day, the soccer pitch came. Then Billybob decided to keep it on for a while after the party. And now it looks as though it’s permanent.

If you go to HQ it has a picture of the Soccer Pitch. On your map it is now called the soccer pitch. Will I ever see my beloved Ice Rink again?
